About THIS IS SYC

THIS IS SYC

Where creativity, culture and community meet.

Spill Your Creativity™, now THIS IS SYC, is a creative retail and lifestyle world built in Lockport, New York. Art, music, fashion, design, self expression, products you can make and experiences you can take part in all live here.

We make products and build spaces that ask people to do more than just buy something. Make something. Discover something. Take care of yourself. Meet somebody. Try an idea. Express who you are.

The SYC Universe

THIS IS SYC isn’t one product or one lane. It’s a growing mix of brands, characters, products, experiences and community projects that connect back to creativity.

Boom Bear™

Collectibles, books, stories, creative activities and play made to spark imagination and get people making.

SterlingBLVCK Premium

Beard, body, scent and self care essentials built around confidence, routine and personal style.

Mixtape Candles™

Candles that pair scent with curated playlists to set a mood, bring back a memory or give a moment its own soundtrack.

Vinyl & Sound

Records, listening experiences, playlists and music culture that keep sound at the center of SYC.

SYC Experiences

Workshops, paint nights, youth programs, wellness events, community gatherings, pop up events and collaborations that bring people into the brand instead of keeping them on the outside looking in.

The SYC Culture Lab

Our home at 400 West Avenue in Lockport brings the whole thing together. It’s a retail shop, creative studio and community space where people can shop, make, learn, gather, experiment and give new ideas somewhere real to live.

Our Mission

We believe creativity belongs in everyday life. Our mission is to make it easier for people to express themselves, experience culture, connect with each other and take part instead of only consuming what somebody else made.

Shop it. Make it. Hear it. Feel it. Experience it.
