SYC Events

Events at THIS IS SYC

We don’t just put events on a calendar. We build reasons for people to make something, hear something, meet somebody new and be part of the culture happening around SYC.

That might mean a Drip Bear paint party, a vinyl session, a skate and art event, a wellness day, a pop up event or something we haven’t tried before yet.

What you might find

• Art you can take part in: Paint nights, creative workshops, street art and projects where you leave with something you made.
• Collaborations: Events with local artists, brands, food spots, breweries, wellness partners and other people building interesting things.
• Music and culture: Vinyl, DJs, listening sessions, skate culture and events where the soundtrack matters as much as the setup.
• Community: Youth programs, local talent, small businesses and experiences that give people a reason to show up for each other.

Why pull up?

• Discover and support local talent.
• Make your own art at select workshops and paint experiences.
• Meet people, hear new music and experience SYC outside of a normal shopping trip.
